Card Specifications
Material: Our standard cards are specially crafted from top of the line stainless steel for durability and reliability.
Dimensions: All cards are the standard 3.375 in. x 2.125 in. (or 85.60 mm x 53.98 mm) to fit perfectly into your wallet.
Thickness: 0.8 mm thick, a mere .04 mm thicker than standard plastic cards with more than 3x the durability of a plastic card!
Weight: 28 grams, That's more than 5x the weight of most traditional credit cards!
How It Works
Place your order for the card(s) you want.
Remember you must send a card for each card that you purchase if you want a chip in it as we cannot clone chips and can only transfer them.
Freeze/Lock your card and then ship it to us.
Shipping instructions will be given upon completion of purchase.
We get to work crafting your card(s) and upon receiving your plastic ones begin the data & chip transfer.
We ship out your order. Within days you can enjoy your new cards and status symbol!

Will My Metal Card Rust?
All cards are made from stainless steel and given a rust proof coat after crafting is complete.
How Many Cards Can I Order?
As many as you want, please note that in order for each of your metal cards to have a chip you must send us a card with one. Chip free options are available as well.
Will My Card Still Have Tap To Pay?
We are able to transfer emv chips and magnetic strip data so insert to pay and swipe to pay still work. We cannot, however, transfer the tap to pay feature.
What If I Want/Need A Refund, Will I Get A Full Refund?
If you notify us within 24 hours of purchase we will give a full refund no questions asked.
If 24 hours from purchase has passed and the card(s) has/have begun the crafting process you will be refunded everything except a $25 per card restocking/disposal fee.
If cards still have not begun the crafting process you will receive a full refund.
Lastly if you receive your card a full refund will only be processed if there was an error on our part that renders your card unusable.
All other situations will be taken on a case by case basis through our customer care department.

Every 1 of 1 Unique card comes with it's own identification number as well as a unique signature not provided on any other card
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally additional fees will apply to cover the shipping.
What If My Card Is Lost In Shipping, Either to You or Back to Me?
We mail all of our packages with trackable delivery codes. In the event however that it is lost on the way to us, or something still happens on the way back you will need to request a new card from your financial institution. If there is a need for us to make another card due to this we will do it at no charge to you.
Shipping & Handling
How Should I Send My Plastic Card To You?
First freeze or lock your card through your financial institution (this can usually be done very quickly online). Next you can immediately ship it to us through the directions we give you, or you can request a secured trackable package from us at no additional cost (do note this will extend total processing time by 1-2 weeks).
Is The Shipping Process Secure?
Yes, before you ship to us you will freeze/lock your card. Your card will stay locked until you unlock it when you receive your metal card. In addition we return all cards with RFID protection to help ensure no data is stolen in transit.
Do You Ship Internationally?

Security & Privacy
What Are Your Security Practices?
We aim to keep the highest security we can. This includes...
• Never storing any data from cards received, any data that is copied is deleted & destroyed immediately after transfer.
• Remnants of original cards are never kept and are fully destroyed when disposed of.
• All team members that handle your card(s) pass an extensive background check.
•The facility we work in has 3 points of security all cards must pass through helping to ensure cards or card data are not intercepted or lost.
• Lastly, all cards shipped out include a tracking code and RFID protection.
How Can I Safely Send You My Card?
All cards come with a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. If your card is broken or has a manufacturing defect we will replace it free of charge in the first 30 days from purchase. For extended warranties check out our card vault insurance.
How Do I Ensure The Security Of My Card?
The best thing you can do is freeze/lock your card(s) until you receive your metal one(s). In the case that we suspect any tampering or foul play we will notify you immediately so that you can get a new card with different information.
What If I Forgot To Freeze/Lock My Card Before I Shipped It To You?
Not a problem, you can get on your financial institution's website and do so now.
